Hello! Welcome to my Oasis! My name is TaShea Anderson, and I am the herbalist and founder of Ahav Oasis, LLC. I have always been drawn to wellness and health, and over the years, I have become more mindful and intentional about what I put into my body and how I care for myself and my family from the inside out. That is how I stepped into the world of holistic health and discovered my passion for herbalism. This path led me to the American College of Healthcare Sciences to study Integrative Health Sciences, with a specialization in herbal medicine.
If I could have a superpower, it would be the power to heal. What started as simply wanting to learn how to take a more holistic approach to well-being turned into a passionate desire to help others reach their holistic wellness goals. I believe in the power of nature to nurture and heal, and everyone deserves to holistically nurture their well-being, regardless of their financial situation. Our loving Creator, Jehovah God, gave us everything we need to be happy and healthy. Plant medicine grows freely all around us! I believe in the words found at Matthew 10:8 where Jesus himself said, "You received free, give free." That is the motivation behind Ahav Oasis.
As an herbalist, I'm not just symptom-focused. I take the "whole tree" approach. Symptoms are like the leaves of a tree; parts of a much bigger whole. I focus not only on the "leaves" of a person, but also their branches, trunk, and roots. The whole. I don't want to just tend to your wilting leaves; I also want to nourish, nurture, and heal your roots so that your leaves may always flourish. And I want to teach you how you can do the same. That is the true meaning of holistic health.
